The staff is nice enough, but on two separate occasions my order has been forgotten and I've been left standing for ~20 minutes while cars in the drive-thru coast by and people who ordered after me are leaving in droves. The first time I had to go ask and they finally made it. The second time, after the 20-minute mark, I finally went up and asked for a refund and left

Just like most Starbucks. This location is small and always pretty clean. I have no issues with the staff or the service. The biggest problem with this location is that the parking lot is small and the drive-through is usually long, so long that it blocks cars from using the parking lot (parking or getting out). During busy hours.
