I had a great experience with one of the men who was running the window today Sept 4th 2023. I believe his name was Jameson. Very personable, kept a conversation going while I was waiting for my drink, and showed wonderful customer service. I just wanted to give him a shout out since he was doing a great job!

The drinks were great and the customer service was friendly but good Lord that store was filthy. Every table had trash around it and crumbs on top of it. I gave them one extra star because they have a water bowl outside for the dogs.

I've been to Starbucks all over the country and I am so impressed with the Liberty Lake Starbucks. I've probably been here a dozen times now and feel like I can write a fair review. What a great staff, hard working, well above all expectations. I will be loyal to this business due to its personal friendly people
