Was just in Safeway on Hamilton and decided To stop and get a coffee from Starbucks. I got to the counter at about 6:35, they close at 7. No barista…. I then wait and finally about 6:54 this girl comes strolling in and asks if I need something I tell her what I want and she informs me that she can’t make any hot drinks because she has already broken the machine down and besides they are closed. I informed her that I had been there over 15 minutes, well before the closing time, and she yells back at me that she’s been there since 5:30am! She continued to mutter rude stuff and I walked away. Unfortunately right about the time she started yelling at me my husband walked up and wasn’t about to let that fly so he ended up asking for her manager which she wouldn’t go get so he did. In the end we just left without coffee but I can tell you she’s not cut out for customer service…….. so if you go there and there’s an angry looking girl with a shaved head working customer beware……. She obviously hates her job and has no problem taking it out on the customers.
