Came in this morning at 5:05 a.m. on April 13th and ordered a single coffee. The lady stocking greeted me instantly. She was nice but the black lady that came out of the back to complete the order was so rude. She looked at me as if I did something to her but hey guess she's not happy working there.

Team here made custom drinks for me 3/14 10 minutes to close. I gave the cashier an opportunity to gracefully refuse but she still accepted my request and went above and beyond with customer service 🥰. Also just FYI, if you want to come to the store late, they don't take orders over the phone and the mobile app for pickup orders shuts off 30 minutes to close.
