No other Starbucks I've been to can make a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino like these ladies do. And they're always friendly and pleasant despite the sometimes crazy lines they have to deal with.

Lots of Carmel no whip and extra crunch please . They remember me and know my drink very nice staff and super friendly and they seem to really like their jobs ND have great attitudes and always smiling. Thumbs up keep it up Starbucks

I love the new Christmas blend but its only available with a pour over. Hannah was very helpful and kind while taking my order and was very sweet while making my grande Christmas blend pour over. She talked to my wife and I while my coffee was being made and she was very knowledgeable with fun facts about coffee and Starbucks in general. Because of Hannah, my wife and I will be back very soon to get a cup of coffee before we go shopping.
