Just got my coffee walked in wasn’t greeted made my day worse then it was already. What’s up with customer service out of three lady’s no one said anything as I walked in till I greeted them looked like they was having a little meeting but come on customer should alas be acknowledged after I said hello then they Approached me took my order then I realized that they even had a person from higher management there so sad this is what we pay for. Thinking about not going back to this place again although when the young lady gave my drink she was pretty nice as she said goodbye with a great big huge smile that felt Sincere.

Ordered a double smoke bacon sandwich and gave me a Danish. She argued with me that I ordered a Danish. Argued with me and then said she could ring me up for a sandwich. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER GO TO RHIS ONE THEY LIE!!!!
