Got kick out for waiting by the counter and the employee didn’t let me get my drink even though I paid for it and I had to get a random person to get it for me

I know this Starbucks just opened but very disappointed. Although everything about this location was “normal Starbucks”, (service was quick and efficient, person taking the drive thru order was pleasant, person taking the payment asking for a tip), I ordered one drink and it was incorrect. No syrups were included even though it was requested. Even though only one drink was ordered and it was not usual rush-hour, gotta-get-through-50-cars-in-an-hour (because we all know how the line at Starbucks can build up, even in the drive thru). “Normal Starbucks” I guess. There is nothing special about this location, wouldn’t recommend wasting time stopping by, even if it is close to your house.

Always a great experience here, baristas seem to like their job and take pride in their coffee making sure it’s just right.
