I just stopped here for my usual bfast and was told that my coffee and croissant went up by $1! This is a huge increase. I asked the girl at the window about it and she said" I don't make the prices. I don't know " . Seemed pretty rude. Sorry Starbucks but you have priced me out. Won't be getting Starbucks any more

Was told it would be at least 20 min. to get a coffee. No food just coffee. No thanks, won’t be back again.

This used to be a really nice, comfortable, and inviting place. Since the recent remodel, it's now cold, harsh, and uninviting. I would go so far as to say it has an "aggressive" feel to it. When you walk in, it's clear that Starbucks no longer wants anyone lingering in the store.
