The music is blasting terribly uncomfortable....even with Ear plugs that I put on....I just wanted 10 min of a cozy coffee pastry time but the atmosphere was audibly toxic. Please lower volume....it makes everyone uncomfortable and need to rush out of there. The speakers are NOT under the staff area....hallelujah for them.

I only go here because someone else wants it. I don't drink the stuff from any of these places or even from home.

Nothing against the drinks, location or anything like that... I just sucks that it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks because everyone up front was training... the line was so crazy!! Customers were telling them how to make the drinks, step by step because the one person doing the training was busy training someone else... hopefully when everyone is training things pick up!
