Management went down the drain. Please find a new manager. Was waiting 10min for my hot item. They forgot. They put it in a bag and THREW on the counter. It was COLD!

My wife reported to me that she experienced friendly and efficient service. And we both enjoyed our coffee and sandwich. She also shared that the store was packed with folks having early morning meetings.

The amount of whip and chocolate flakes I received on my peppermint mocha. I only buy Starbucks twice a year a pumpkin spice latte and peppermint mocha. This made me really sad:(
