Go to Starbucks up the street. Much nicer. Came in other day during the afternoon and Cyan took my order. She was rushing me and acted like I was an interruption for what she doing. I order a pike and it was cold. Definitely old.There was a bunch of foam at the top that left a whole bunch of room at the cup after 2 minutes!!!!! I’d much rather go somewhere where baristas care about their customers!!!!!

Leyra is a terrible barista at this Starbucks.She did not listen to the customer. She was alone and I was the only customer she was serving Therefore, there is no excuse for being unprofessional and rude to a customer. She gave attitude toward me because I am an Asian woman which is the impression I got from her. This will be reported. She was aggressive when I tried to ask her for a straw. Racist and aggressive behavior. Leyra does not have any customer service standard as I expected from Starbucks employee

Slowest ever. Very frustrating to order two drinks and have them completely make one drink before they even look at the second cup. Like it is beyond your skills and capabilities to make two drinks at the same time. Training required.
