Update... 12/30/2023
They have gone very down hill. The people worker there are very rude, far from friendly and never make drinks as ordered. The last 3 times they have made my orders wrong. First couple times I thought maybe they're just having a rough day. But it continues. When you pay extra and spend $15 a visit and can't get it right I will go elsewhere. Disappointing but many other Starbucks to pick from.

There were more than 5 baristas at the store, and I was the only person in the line. But none of them took my order for 10+ minutes, or they didn't even bother to tell me that they're busy with other orders. I ended up walking out the door with nothing but wasting my time there. Worst service

Bintou is so sweet! I was having a rough day and crying in the corner (I thought I was being pretty sneaky about it, but apparently not lol) and she noticed. She came over and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. She even brought me a refill of my tea. I am so touched by her kindness. Thank you Bintou, you're a gem. :)
