Wasted a lot of my time... came for a frap with a dbl shot...finally took my order after talking.. didn't start it until after their conversation about other coffee shops and redbull. Asked me twice if I wanted whip cream I said no both times...proceeded to give me whip... apologized and took it off. ..tasted my drink realized there was no added expresso in it after I tasted it once I'd walked away...so went back. Finally got my drink correct. I think they need some supervision.

I love Starbucks, I mostly stick to local coffee shops. Yesterday I got a peppermint frappe, it was picture perfect. Today I went back and got one and the guy left out the chips, less whip cream and the drink was just off a bit. The place is still awesome, all coffee places are a hit and miss (for me personally)

I’m am disappointed with the service I received on my only and last visit. Firstly, staff wasn’t very friendly and more preoccupied with gossiping amongst themselves. Secondly, my order was incorrect. No I didn’t ask for them to re-make it, I didn’t want to interrupt them. They handed me the drink and walked away. I asked for sweet cream foam, instead they filled my cup with heavy whipping cream.
