Ordered iced brewed coffee and enjoyed it while visiting with friends. Left feeling frustrated and confused when it I was not given a refill. I was going to be charged $.54 for the refill…not a big deal. Except I didn’t have $.54. Why does Starbucks state there are free refills on brewed coffee if it’s not free? I love Starbucks and the app, but today I’m highly frustrated with the 40th & Powerhouse shop.

Every one at this store is so RUDE if It wasn't convenient I would NEVER come here they need customer service training
