If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I'm from Seattle so normally I experience exceptional service from the brand, but the service I received this afternoon was anything but exceptional. Your batista Alec was extremely rude. They glared at me as they took my order, which they took incorrectly, and I had to ask a different crew member to help correct their mistake. This puts a bad look on the name of the brand.

I honestly never liked Starbucks much, however it's grown on me. Plus I'm obsessed with their cold cups 🤣 This location is always super nice, friendly service, the drive thru moves fast, and they rarely mess up my drinks. Would definitely recommend this location if you like Starbucks.

The Starbucks on 24th has a great crew!! Niah was super helpful at the window. I have ordered the same sandwich like 5 times at all different locations, and she asked if I wanted avocado and siracha added to it. This has elevated this sandwich and now I am craving it. She is super positive and loves her job and it show. I look forward to going back to the SB on 24th.
