I've come here a handful of times now. Convenient instore location. But I've only had one nice experience there with an older barista. Every other time has made me feel like it was a mistake to order in the first place. This time my barista didn't have a name tag the receipt said the cashier was MSD. I remembered her from a previous time when she charged me to make a drink decaf because it's normally "cream based" So this time I added "cream base " to my order and she completely flipped. Her entire attitude changed because I mentioned I didn't want to be charged for decaf. Never ordering here again and by the reviews I've skimmed through seems like I'm not the only one with an issue when it comes to bad service here.
