I stopped in today for a late afternoon Americano with heavy cream. I specifically requested heavy cream. The barista apparently wasn't paying attention and made it with half and half. She remade it and it was not good.

I asked for an ounce or less of heavy cream, she must have poured several ounces in. It wasn't hot, it didn't taste good and after taking two sips I left it on a table outside before leaving.

This is why people who enjoy good coffee avoid Starbucks. The coffee is not good, the service is lackluster and the overall experience is never worth the money.

I will only go to Starbucks if there is no other choice. After today even if there is no other choice I'll simply do without rather than spending money on something that is not drinkable. Good coffee does not need sugar to camouflage it. If the coffee you are making tastes terrible without sugar that is a problem to be resolved.

I would like a refund but it probably isn't worth the hassle to pursue it.
