I visited this Starbucks with my mom and aunt. My aunt recently came to Canada so her English is still not the best. The barista was immediately cold and unfriendly, and when my aunt went to order she kept pretending not to hear or understand her because of her accent, which is very small. She kept explaining the drink she wanted which she had ordered at other locations without issue yet the barista kept turning her ears to hear better. After this long process, the drink was made wrong. While we were waiting a white couple came in and the barista switched immediately, offering them samples and being much more warm overall and had no trouble with their orders. We tried our best to be nice with her, even tipping but decided not to go back to get the drink fixed because of her overall demeanor. The barista was white and very tall and wide shouldered with pink dyed hair.
