My name is Natan. I feel accomplished in many ways. Primarily, I am glad that I had the honor to served our daily customers and new ones at this location. Despite our location having difficulty with staffing, we put our minds together to bring an improved welcoming environment and plans to better assist/serve our customers and team. Secondly, I was grateful to see our reviews here on google. The feedback everyone gives is valuable to us. It helps us better understand areas we need to improve on in the best way possible along with implementing new ideas into our store. Overall, I appreciate the team play we enforced in order to better serve everyone that entered our doors. Thank you everyone.

This location is awesome because of the employees and manager; Jake, Sierra, Emily, Jane, Darren and Riley thank you! and if I get there early enough, Mandy and later in the day, Joe. Besides being friendly and making it fun to come in, you all make delicious pink drinks! :)

I ordered a grande drink with salted cold foam on top in a venti cup so that there is room for the cold foam. However, what I got was a venti drink with regular cold foam (no flavor)! I didn’t bother to go back and get it fixed because it’s raining outside. Very disappointed and will never come back again. 😡
