Worst Starbucks in the TC by far. I hate leaving these reviews but I've only had horrible experiences with this store. I go back every few months when it's a convenient location, but I could probably save time by driving to a different one or going inside the one at Target. It isn't the employees fault, as a former partner I'm pretty sure the management is the problem. They're consistently under staffed for what appears to be a very busy store. They seem to have pretty new employees most of the time which would absolutely contribute to how slow the store is. Again, that's a management issue.
You can obviously see going into a store when Starbucks employees love their job. You can also see you when they hate it. And I know from experience that Starbucks can either be a fantastic job where you have a lot of fun even on hard days during the holidays or a nightmare everyday depending on how the it's managed.
I hope the management of the store will be looked into.
