The only other time I had to go back to this Starbucks was when they gave me someone else’s drink order. I go to this location a couple times a week on average and really enjoy their chocolate cream cold brews. Today I took some sips while driving away. It tasted like watered down foam, I could barely detect any coffee. I went back to have it remade, the cashier was professional but short with me. As I was waiting for a remake I could hear someone inside the window saying “Why, why, WHY, WHY”, -GIRL I’d like to know why too! The cashier tried to dismiss me as soon as she handed the drink over but I made sure to stay and taste it prior to driving away. It tasted how it should have the second time around. (I have worked at Starbucks before ;) just fix the order and move on)

I will never come here again! I came in yesterday around 10am to get a hazelnut shaken espresso and a sausage egg and cheese, after waiting for 20 minutes for two items, not only was the sausage still cold in the middle!!!??My drink wasn’t made correctly at all, I asked the woman at the window if she can remake it, she came back with another drink that once again wasn’t even close. I just went to the starbucks on canal drive and had them make it correctly. I don’t know how they make the food, if they just microwave it or what, but it definitely wasn’t cooked the correct amount of time it was supposed to be. I am utterly disappointed in whoever is managing this store. Get your stuff together!! SERIOUSLY!!!

15 minute wait for coffee. The drive thru was busy. I was the only person that ordered indoors. One job applicant in the corner with her interviewer rattled the windows with her exuberant demonstration of cheerfulness. It was not a pleasant experience.
There was one barista making drinks and serving the window and counter. Another lady was stocking pastry, the third employee was appearing sporadically from the backroom to take orders.
Business picked up indoors after we received our drinks. (2). I feel sorry for them. It may be a very long wait.
