Honestly this place has great customer service and usually everyone is nice, but their drinks are not as good as they could be. They don't seem to aerate their milk to get any good foam, especially with soy when soy foams quite easy. I usually order a caramel macchiato with soy, but they don't have any foam I always end up with a pool of syrup and caramel sauce at the bottom of my cup. I rarely order anything other than drip coffee here due to this. Once they actually make my cheat day coffee better I'll give a better rating.
Had two lower my rating, they still can't seem to get the milk correct, at least it's not like other places that fill the cup with nothing but foam.🤷🏽♀️
