I am changing my review from a consistent 5 star to a consistent 2-3 star. I treat myself to a shaken espresso with vanilla shots and extra vanilla cold foam twice per week. I think management must have changed recently within the past 6 months or so. They almost never get my drink right. There is never extra foam recently. Sometimes they forget the shots. I grew tired of asking them to fix it. They are not consistent and I am disappointed every time I go. I will change the Starbucks I go to. This drink is over $8, so I do expect the same drink to be consistent. Used to be my absolute favorite. Now I am just frustrated.
This Starbucks has a great atmosphere and ambience and is a one minute drive from my work. I order through the app. Today, I ordered a shaken espresso with extra vanilla cold foam. The cold foam is my FAVORITE part. When I arrived there was hardly ANY foam. One of the baristas noticed me looking at the drink and asked if everything was okay. I voiced my disappointment in the amount of foam. One of the other baristas rushed over and offered to remake my drink. My 5- star review is for the observance of the barista who noticed my displeasure, the offer to remake my drink, and the fact there was not a HINT of attitude during any of it. This is rare. I left the store happy, added a dollar to the tip I already left, and left this review. Thank you, Ladies!
