The employee that assisted my little ones and I this evening was extremely rude, she must have been having an off day and I was unfortunately on the receiving end. Despite the very obvious annoyance with even having to be taking our very simple order (unsweetened tea and steamed juice); I was polite and asked if she was having a rough day, this was ultimately ignored which I suppose was kinder than the rest of our engagement.

My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted. She explained it to the staff and I ended up getting the best keto latte that I have ever had. THANK you to the manager here!!!

I want to appreciate store #23937!! The girls there were so kind and friendly! We connected over silly little things and I know I made new friends. Will definitely be back!
