We used to come here everyday, but today was so disappointed. The staff was ignored us when we had concerns and left us standing there confused. I really like Eloisa and others who usually work the same shift but the lady worked at 1pm today (Nov 2) took away my admiration for the staffs here. Please take care of your customers because they are paying for a good service and good drinks not for attitudes!!!!

My Gold Card wasn’t honored for the free refill of iced tea.
I got the store manager involved and he was very nice.
I decided to just lump it and not try to get any money back in having to pay for a refill as I feel he will hopefully correct the situation so customers with Gold Cards can redeem their drink refills in the future.

Great coffee, employees have always been very nice to us. My husband is a regular but they get his name wrong (Joel instead of Joe. Haha) but, we find it amusing and haven't had the heart to correct them. The only negative thing I'll say is we've heard them talking trash, very audibly, about other employees they don't like.... everyone vents but, it's a little unprofessional to do it while you're surrounded by customers.
