I have visited this Starbucks many times in the past. I don’t normally give chains a review because they are chains for a reason. Their coffee is good I think. The service at the store, however, is lacking. Ordered my drink at 10:12. At 10:30 I walked back up to the counter and asked if my order was ready. The girl behind the counter got offended and snapped at me and said she was making it right now. Then after she finished making it, she sat it down behind the counter for another 10 minutes. I watched the whole time and then she finally decided to pick up the cup and put it in my hands.
I did not think waiting 20 minutes to ask if your drink was ready would be a problem. The server did. And decided to hold it another 10 minutes afterwards. this was a Sunday morning, so yes, it was busier than normal but 30 minutes to get a drink is uncalled for. I guess this is the new society we live in now. Everything offends everyone.
I hate this for the rest of the baristas that was working at that time. Up until this point I have been satisfied. They will not get another dollar of mine. I’d take the tip back if I could.
