I've tried to overlook this but unfortunately I can't any longer.
I'm an avid Starbucks patron... since early 2000. My favorite location is Riverdale at 3rd. But when they built the one in Roy I was excited... closer to my home.
I thought that at 1st it was training... but after many tries I just think they don't pay attention. I have never gotten a correct drink order... even though I go over the order to ensure it's correctly ordered.... what's the point of ordering your drink the way you want it and paying over $5 and not getting it correctly.... today there was 6 employees and only 1 making drinks. The others are standing around visiting.

Everytime I go to the roy location my drink is ALWAYS messed in one way or another. They are always nice but they either need to retrain their barista's or bring in new management. Something has got to change at this location. I usually drive all the way to clinton for my drink because I never have an issue but would love to start going to the one in roy because it right by my house.

Love the employees (They are always so friendly!), they are always quick and accurate, and the store is always clean inside. Ordering online is such a great option as well here! The only downside to this location is the parking and road entering. Hopefully this improves???
