Found the tumbler for my friend from this Starbucks and got myself a white mocha. Awesome and friendly staff welcoming me to the shop while waiting for my drinks.

Don’t get me wrong everyone is really nice. This summer I fell in love with the Carmel crunch frappe and I order it with extra Carmel and crunch, I pay for the extra. However, 70% of the time they do not put any extra on! I don’t like being the person that asks for the drink fixed so I simply move on.

I am very disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a Venti Iced Quad espresso, per usual. At times I can be soft spoken. I start off with Venti in the order. However a grande was made. No big deal. However, it is very disrespectful to talk poorly about your customers in front of them at the window. “She did say grande” with an attitude, another girl also affirming yeah she most definitely did. Regardless of the fact, they remade my drink. The passive comments and shift in customer service is distasteful and poor reflection of the work culture at the store. The gentleman at the window was very kind and apologetic for the situation at hand. I had asked him if they usually talk about their customers in front of them, he was very kind and compassionate and embarrassed for the interaction. Miss Ally, I apologize is I said “grande” but please take more pride in your line of work. People make mistakes and if you make a new drink there really is no harm or foul but that interaction I will remember and this is why people prefer to go to smaller coffee shops with more humble and upbeat feel. Order was around 7:40.
