I was second in line and waited almost 15 minutes while 2 employees refilled the espresso with coffee and did other activities other than take orders. They finally took the order of the person in front of me and said that would be the last order because they were had to take a break. Not even an apology. This is not the Starbucks I expect. I recommend it be closed.
