New location outside of the mall next to BWW. The drive-through access is much more convenient than 38th St and 72nd St. It is where I'm going now for coffee. Especially if I'm staying in my vehicle.

Today was not the great drive-thru experience. The gal on the drive thru has no customer experience, and yea very dramatic to get supervisor after the way she treated me. And to think I applied for a job here and was eager to hear back!!

Staff needs to be a little bit accommodative and mindful some times! Let me explain!

I chose this location to have my meeting at, i ordered pumpkin latte and grilled cheese! The grilled cheese had to be put in the oven! I told the store person that im going to have my meeting but please let me know when its ready! 25 minutes into my meeting still no latte and no grilled cheese! I turned around and asked the clerk about my order! She was just standing around doing nothing at this time, she replied, oh your latte has been sitting here, and oh your grilled cheese iforgot in the oven! Im so sorry!

I got a cold latte and a heated up twice grilled cheese that it was so hard to even take a bite, that i ended up throwing in the trash! Super disappointed
