Greeted by very cheerful woman with long hair who introduced me to Pumpkin Chai Tea, she added 1extra pump of Chai, one extra pump of Pumpkin and extra spices on top! So Good! I went back several times and she always remembered me and said," are you back for the same?" Yes! Yes! It was made before I could pay for it!

I used to be a daily drinker but no longer. The customer service has gone downhill.. When you pay $9.75 for a drink You expect it to be made right. When my drink was wrong I did not Expect it to just be poured into a new cup with a little bit of milk whip cream and call it good.. If you tell the customer that you will remake it for them do you a favor and remake it for them. Don't tell them you're gonna remake it, And then don't because they see what you do and that stands for what you stand for not your company.. So I have switched to the daily habit. The coffee tastes better anyways.
