I am so sick of this happening. Does this look like a venti to you? If I wanted a tall or grande I would've ordered one. But no, I ordered a venti. And got cheated by Starbucks, AGAIN. This is not okay!!!

First time in this location and it will be the last. I ordered drip coffee and when it appeared as though the cashier wasn't going to reach behind him and pour it, I shared that I changed to drinking drip because it's fastest and it is usually poured by the cashier, he told me that was not his station. I waited over 10 mins for a $4 cup of drip coffee.
