Went to Starbucks in 10/27 at 7:45am. The barista was extremely rude. The order of front of me was waiting for a drink the she forgot to make and when they asked her about it, she rolled her eyes and shook her head. No sense of urgency, no greeting customers or calling out drinks. Slamming drinks on counter, leaving people to guess if it’s their order. Drink sloppily made.

I ordered a chai tea latte with vanilla cold cream foam. The worker seemed confused so I tried to clarify what I ordered. She ended up charging me for a chai tea without my cold cream foam and a random cold brew (i don’t even drink coffee) and refused to admit she was at fault. When I tried to tell her I ordered one drink she acted rude and told me that I was wrong. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars.

I came into the Waterville Starbucks to redeem my birthday drink… And the three young women behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. They were awesome! They talked me into a chai latte lightly sweetened ~ my new favorite drink. Keep up the great work (Starbucks) and incredible customer service!
