My dad got a gift card from his boss for Christmas, and decided to use it to buy something for his kids. When we walked into this Starbucks location, they seemed nice. We ordered, my dad paid with his gift card. The gift card didn’t cover it, so he pulled out another payment method to finish it off. The girl behind the counter made a joke about all the payment methods he was using, and he kind of just smiled and continued. As we turned our backs to walk to a table, I heard snickering and giggling. I cannot imagine how awful of a person you must be to laugh at a single dad trying to do something sweet for his kids. It was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I wish I had turned around and yelled at them or something. There are many other Starbucks locations in the area, and next time I am most definitely going to a different one. I cannot believe the sheer audacity of those girls. (We came in around 1:30 pm today if that helps to identify the people working)
