Asked for light ice and they filled over half of my cup with ice. Kinda sucks that I barely got any of my drink. The person taking our order had a bit of an attitude too and made my partner feel uncomfortable. Can’t say this isn’t the first time with this location.

As always, Starbucks is great, no matter the location! I sure wish they had more sugar-free flavors; it seems those of us who are diabetic are being short-changed. Coffee is so expensive, it would be nice to have more choices, the same as those who do not need items sugar-free!!☕

For me as of around 5 months ago. Employes aren't as nice & friendly as they once were. There may be one or two. And my drink is ALWAYS wrong more times then it's made correctly from this location so even though this is my neighborhood starbucks I go further for better service. I tried speaking to a manager before actually few times and 1st time understaffed was reason I was given, although I don't understand how that makes not giving me what I paid for ok. And second time she said, "well what would you like me to do". So apparently I need to tell a manager how to be a manager. So that was it for me.
