I use this location on the Corner of Central & Walnut In Chino all the time. Great employees who really remember who you are. It is very nice to be greeted by name when you walk in. My drink was good as always.

Need to train server to better help customers they are fiddling with their phones and have one person taking order and fixing at one time. Early morning you want to get and go. They need to not serve Monster tea if no honey to mix in cup to give yo customers because adding honey packages for customer to do don't taste the same and take away from just drinking it and go.

Terrible experience. They served me a drink with rotten oat milk. I took a gulp of it unknowingly and nearly threw up once I realized. They not once apologized when I brought it up and simply replaced my drink. I would’ve expected a refund at the least and the drink comped.
