The young man who took my order wasn’t polite, and he mumbled under his breath, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. I asked for a cinnamon caramel cream cold brew and he looked at me like I was stupid - I ended up with a salted caramel cold brew instead. Not going back to this starbucks because of the rude service of that guy.

My only complaint... this store is teeny-tiny! Especially when it’s across the street from a high school. They need to knock down a wall and take the vacant space next door.
There’s like 6 tables total. Not nearly enough.

The only issue I have about this location, and in my opinion it's a big issue, is that your mobile order drinks get stolen often! I get that they are probably annoyed with this occurrence as well, and being right near the high school I can only assume that is the cause of the issue. I get it happening once and a while but it has happened to us several times now and something needs to be done. It's annoying to have most of our order sitting there, warm and ready to go to find one was stolen and now having to wait for them to make another while my other items get cold. I don't think every starbucks needs to have someone working the mobile order checkout but if you have this problem constantly then they need someone watching the orders and handing them to people instead of letting anyone grab what they want. I've been to Starbucks that do that, at least ask for a name, but I don't know why this one can't do that.
