What’s with all the 1star and strange reviews? This is for a Starbucks that’s in the anaheim Gardenwalk near the front of the shopping center on the second floor. They just opened and you guys are complaining that it took so long for construction? Blame the city of Anaheim and the permitting approval process. This is a great Starbucks, and I wish them all the luck!

I got a caffe late and it was so hot, I asked for an ice cup of water and they told me they charge one dollar for the cup of water. 😂😂 Since when starbucks charge for water? I am a loyal customer and drink my coffee everyday and they have never charge me for water and in this location in the Anaheim Garden walk they did. 👎🏼 I spend around 500 dollars a month just in starbucks food and they want to charge me for an ice cup of water. 😂 But only in this location. I think it is franchise.

I waited and waited for my drink, nearly 20 minutes. Finally saw the batista start it - a simple cold brew with vanilla sweet cream, the abandon it ti start 3 complicated drinks ordered for pickup. I finally asked him to finish it only for him to start to fill it with the cold brew and discover the tank was empty.

I didn't have the time to wait for them to refill it so they made it with regular coffee and cream. They forgot the vanilla. It's too bitter and made me late. Extremely ticked.
