I'm here for a conference... in 3 days, they've gotten 2 out of 3 orders completely wrong.

I'm running to seminars, I don't have time to have to correct their mistakes.

If you don't know what a 'hot chocolate ' is, then you shouldn't be working at Starbucks.

Got my order right multiple times. It was very busy though but seemed to move through it quickly. The eating area is okay and it is nice having another food option next to the Starbucks.

Visited this location 3 times. The drip coffee was weak and watered down. I decided to try a cascara latte the last day thinking it would be better but was mostly milk and again watered down. You're better off just getting the drip coffee at the neighboring stands or going into the convention center.
