I got the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and all I get is just chunks of ice. Not recommended

I don't know what was up with the lady who took my starbucks order through drive thru but all i wanted was a water with dried strawberries and she made a whole deal about how next time i had to order strawberry açaí bc i got my drink for "cheap". I didnt want the strawberry açaí, if i did i would have ordered it. It was such a weird interaction.

I am sorry but how can you complain about this location. They are consistently great. Service, giving that lift up to the consumer and perfect products. I love them!
