When I entered, the place was full and there was only one employee working. Before I could place my order, another employee arrived and then took my order. While the employee prepared my order, an off duty Starbucks employee day at the counter talking to her which slowed up the preparation of my order. Not too happy with that visit. This was at 3 in the afternoon.

I visited this local Starbucks today with my two sons. My youngest son happened to order their drinks and in doing so, he got confused and ordered the wrong drink. When I went up to the cashier to ask if they could replace the drinks because my son accidentally ordered the wrong one and complained it tasted too much like coffee she took care of it and was very nice to explain to us all of their chocolate Frappuccino drinks. As a matter of fact both girls took their time to help my son and I figure out which one was the one that he had previously ordered and loved. Alexis and Elizabeth showed great customer service and took care of us nicely. I really appreciate their attention and time greatly. Awesome team!!

Literally just witness big girl with messy pink buns who works there. Walk up to a family and tell a family who they just served their drinks. Tell them. "We are Literally closing right now". Nothing before that, Nothing after that. They just said ok and left. Like if they don't have a hour of closing to proceed them. Also Like they have to do any kind of table cleaning and aren't just placing the dirty chairs up to dirty tables. The customer appreciation here is something else.
