Never experienced such rude staff. Giving a shoulder shrug when I asked them to bag my take out. They are next to an hospital and will have some customers in distress. I hope the manager gives some feedback to the staff on how to be considerate.

The girl with the dragon? arm tattoo acts like she hates her job. I have never seen someone who has such a flat effect and works at a job that requires a pleasant disposition. She literally walked away while taking our order which was actually a good thing since the young man who took over was very pleasant and cordial. Actually the other employees were friendly, engaging and had smiles on their faces. The girl with the dragon tattoo has a personality better suited for an occupation that requires no human interaction because she’s terrible at it. Starbucks must be desperate to have such low standards to employ this type of individual.

It’s Starbucks what can I say. Unfortunately they can’t hold on to good employees because the cost of living in this area is so high. As soon as I get to know a barista well enough for them to do my drink right they move on. Due to a constant turnover of staff I ranked them 4⭐️and that was generous.
