It's just after 7 pm the website states they close at 8pm. I went in to Safeway only for Starbucks and was told no were closed! Change your hours on the internet!!!!!

I love the works and Coffee, however every morning around 9am a person goes on break, and the line is 8 ppl long. smh one person ringing up and making drinks seems unfair and i have seen it often so i go to another starbucks

I just bought a caramel macchiato and this is my first review ever in my life about the poor services like that. I have been orders a Venti caramel macchiato about 30 mins ago. In there have a girl with glasses and after she have been made. I asked her why don't have caramel and she told me you don't see the bottle here we have no more and she shows front to my face. And she said actually inside we have a syrup macchiato so it flavor as the same. Instead for say sth polite this girl try to told me like my first time Im drinking and don't know anything just because of Im an asian. I just said thank you and through it to the garbage after I try to tests the flavor. I don't know who is manager there but If you work in my company I already fire you immediately. 10 years working in global company and this is my first time ever have this kind of situation just because of 5 USD a. I don't mind about 5 USD money but never think THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICES LIKE THAT. If you told me we out Of that and polite to asking me, I will not mass and through it to garbage in front of you. You explain like first time and I don't know about coffee.
