They process drive through orders first so in store orders take a really long time. Took 25 minutes for me to get my food order of 2 breakfast sandwiches.

Food is okay. The customer service is not! They don't greet you as you walk in. Apparently, they like to socialize with each other and not greet customers. I had to wait 7 mins before putting my drinks in..🤦♂️And, what's up with "Add-ins"?!!! I did not get 3/4 splash of Oatmilk..😑😡

This Starbucks is alright. I love the atmosphere of it for getting work done, but there’s only a few comfortable tables, for that. Many are comfortable enough just to sit and have your food on it. They also have a pretty large amount of outdoor seating. I understand that they get busy a lot, but their bathrooms are terrible. The communal sink rarely has soap. There is constantly fecal matter on the floor of their bathrooms and they’re just not clean. They also aren’t that good at making drinks. I’ve watched some of the baristas make my drinks, and I’m talking about when there’s no rush, and it feels so careless. Obviously, an employee isn’t always going to be giving 100% when they’re met with constant armies of orders, but it feels like oftentimes rushing from that time translates a bit too much. There’s an abundance of Starbucks anywhere in this area. Go somewhere else if you want fast service. I recommend the Palos Verdes/Geary and Camino Verde one instead.
