I came in to sit down for a cup of coffee with some friends and the music was so loud. I asked the woman at the front counter to turn the music down politely. She said she couldn’t, it needed to be this loud for the entire place and I quote “this isn’t an office, it’s to pick up coffee and go”. Great, why do you have tables and chairs for people to sit in? Then to add to the complete unprofessionalism, we popped our heads into the conference room that is available to customer to use just to look at it and see, she then proceeded to walk out and lock the door. Honestly, this was some of the worst behavior and treatment I have ever seen. I don’t know what she is thinking or who she thinks she is but I will never be back to this location.

They didn’t call my name and let my drink just sit there or give me a receipt. I will never use this store again!

One thing that stands out is it's size. This Starbucks is spacious and even with smoke seating doesn't feel cramped. Everything is standard Starbucks. The chocolate croissant, which I love and which Starbucks makes a decent (far from the best) version of, when warmed in that complicated oven of theirs, comes out...., Heavenly. A gift on this slow Christmas morning 2019.
