Today, I visited Starbucks in Sun Valley location and ordered two caramel macchiatos along with banana nut bread. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the staff members, Mikayla.
Upon approaching the counter, Mikayla seemed disinterested and barely moved as she took my order. When I asked her to repeat something she had whispered, she responded rudely, almost shouting when confirming my order for banana nut bread. Despite the lackluster service, I still tipped her $1, although it seemed unappreciated.
As I proceeded to find a seat, Mikayla abruptly yelled for me to collect my banana nut bread from the cashier area, further highlighting her discourteous demeanor. To make matters worse, when my order was called, I received only one coffee instead of the two I had ordered. It was only after I inquired that the mistake was rectified, following confirmation from Mikayla herself.
Overall, the service provided by Mikayla was disappointing and left much to be desired. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also detracts from the overall dining experience. I hope that management addresses these issues to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.
