If could give ZERO STARs, I most certainly would.! I received my cookie right away. However; my drink.... Let's just say I got a refund.!! I waited over ten minutes. I then asked the girl if my drink was coming up, she could not locate my cup. That tells me I am no where close, so l asked for a refund. Now Bernice turns around and says "well we do have a promo going on" '. So I said "so are you telling me I need to just wait". She says "yes". If I did not have on my uniform, I would have responded much differently.!!! In fact if Bernice had used that energy to make the drinks a bit faster, she would not have had time to turn around and butt in on my request with her SMART respnse. I was not talking to her to begin with.!! Get it together.! And clean your restrooms. And GET MORE HELP IF YOU ARE RUNNING A PROMO. Oh and my dollar tip... I'd appreciate it if you would give that back as well.!! Just terrible.!!
