Quick story, and no shaming old ladies or vilifying people of a certain age bracket. i Ordered a drink went and sat down. About 5 minutes later a younger man orders a drink. Barista dude says to him about 5 minutes into his wait” hey what’s your name?” and promptly made his drink and handed it to him. i’m still sitting there. I walk up to the counter stand within 4 feet of the barista who had just asked the other dude his name, and he proceeds to blatantly Ignore me for minimally three minutes. Finally I asked hey it’s been maybe 15 minutes, where is my drink, and he said I supposed somebody else has your ticket . i explained that not being seen is a form of discrimination. The whole staff just looks away. Shameful.

Aug 21th Monday 9a.m, i came to have a quick breakfast and i was surprised with a two amazing employees, they were happy, friendly and made my morning better with a simple smile, keep up the good work guys!!!
