I stopped here to refuel mid ride last week and the lady at the counter that took my order completely messed it up. Waited 15 mins to find out there's no order with my name in on it and they seem to be going on with their day instead of trying to fix this error. How could you charge me and then not care about this kind of error is beyond me. I had run out of time and had to leave. I don't know her name but this one older lady(sorry, i shoukd have asked her name but was in a hurry) was kind enough to give me some water as I was on my way out but the rest of the staff need some training in customer service.

It's actually open today (5/27) although Google Maps claims otherwise

This Starbucks location in particular is my cheers. Not only do they make the drinks the best out of any Starbucks I’ve been to in the Bay Area, but they know my name and how I like my iced latte (sleeve and short straw). Most importantly though, they know me! EVERYONE is so friendly they know and always know what’s going on. I’m sure they have a Bajillion people that they have to remember tiny details for but they make me feel special every time. For example, we were talking about how I was going to get my hair done the next day. I came in this morning to get my breakfast and this is what I saw 😩 😩😩. You guys are so stinking cute. I love you.
