Extremely rude customer service. I don’t like the way I was spoken to at the window and the drinks were made poorly. Employee gave me a rude look and talked to me as if I was stupid. My matcha drink was un blended and there was lots of powder at the bottom even after stirring, was basically drinking powder. Don’t waste your time coming here if you want to get your day ruined by poor drinks and the employees poor attitude!

The staff is by far the rudest I have ever gotten. I’ve been getting the summer lemonade refresher everyday since it came out early May and I order a venti. Today I tried it and it tasted pretty much like water with a hint of flavor. I told her and she had an attitude. Why would I pay almost $8 for a drink that tastes like water?! At least if the drinks good I don’t mind. The color even looked different. She was so rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Make sure to taste your drink when you pick it up because they clearly don’t care about customers wasting their money.

I was in a a meeting with another person, and I had to bring my 5 month old, mid meeting we were asked to move tables to accommodate a staff meeting. There was one other table and it was occupied so we had to go outside in 90 weather to continue our meeting. It happened to another guy who was trying to have a meeting as well. How is it that you ask paying customers to move outside in 90 degree heat with a baby so you can have an employee meeting in the middle of the day. Super great customer service....NOT!!!!
